We make every effort on our end to ensure your birds arrive to you alive and healthy. With that being said, you must take possession of your birds from the Post Office within 1 hour of delivery or the live guarantee will be voided. Please be responsible for your birds and do not allow them to sit around in extreme temperatures.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away so we can resolve any issues. It is your responsibility to track the order in the USPS system with the supplied tracking number. 

If your birds do happen to have perished in transit and you have met the conditions of our guarantee, we are happy to work with you to resolve this issue. For any claims, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide photos and/or video to confirm the condition of the birds. If all conditions are met for live arrival, we will either issue a refund, or ship you additional birds. 

All of our live birds ship USPS Express in certified USPS shipping boxes. We add insurance to every parcel and require signature confirmation on each order. All of our live birds will be held at the Post Office for pickup. Please be responsible with your birds and pickup in a timely manner. 

PLEASE NOTE: We overshoot our shipping charges to be sure to cover shipping to any location. Any overage on shipping will be refunded to you.
